BELEZOS FINCA ZARZAMOCHUELO TINTO 2020

Belezos Finca Zarzamochuelo 2020 is a single-vineyard red wine produced by Bodegas Zugober in the prestigious Rioja DOCa, specifically in Rioja Alavesa. Sourced from a single estate with limited production, where old vines grow in poor limestone soils, this wine showcases remarkable personality, elegance, and ageing potential. It represents one of the winery's most exclusive and terroir-driven expressions.

Made from 90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano, the grapes come from Finca Zarzamochuelo, a vineyard planted over 35 years ago at approximately 470 metres above sea level in Rioja Alavesa. After careful hand selection, the grapes are fermented in small stainless steel tanks and undergo malolactic fermentation before ageing for 16 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by at least 6 months of bottle ageing. The result is a complex, precise, and elegant wine that faithfully expresses its unique terroir.

Belezos Finca Zarzamochuelo 2020 is a true single-vineyard Rioja that captures the essence of Rioja Alavesa. Elegant, complex, and built for ageing, it combines concentrated fruit, refined oak ageing, and a distinctive mineral character, making it an outstanding choice for wine lovers seeking an authentic terroir-driven Rioja with exceptional depth and personality.
