CASTELL D'ENCÚS QUEST 2018

Quest 2018 is one of the flagship red wines of Castell d’Encús, crafted by Raül Bobet in the high-altitude vineyards of Pallars Jussà, within the DO Costers del Segre appellation. Made from a carefully selected blend of Bordeaux grape varieties, it elegantly expresses the unique character of the Pyrenean mountain terroir.

Sourced from vineyards located between 850 and 1,250 meters above sea level in the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees. The winemaking process combines modern techniques with Castell d’Encús’ philosophy of minimal intervention. Aging in French oak barrels adds complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit and the expression of the mountain landscape.

Quest 2018 by Castell d’Encús is an elegant red wine from DO Costers del Segre, crafted from high-altitude vineyards. Complex and balanced, it offers notes of black fruit, spices, and a long mineral finish with excellent aging potential.
